Rules and Regulations
	Except for the Weekly Rates and unless specified, all rates listed above are based on a per night basis and for up to 2 persons in a room.
	There is an additional fee ($5.00 to $25.00 depending on dates) for each additional person. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 12.
	Taxes are not included in the above rates. There is a 12% Tax (7% NJ State Sales Tax + 5% NJ Hospitality Tax) charge.
	Rates are subject to change without notice. Your reservation will guarantee your rates. A reservation deposit is required on all reservations. Personal Checks, Money Orders, Cash, and Credit Cards are accepted for reservation deposits.
	Full payment is required at the time of check-in. No personal check are accepted at the time of check-in. Only Cash and Credit Cards are accepted at the time of check-in.
	A $100.00 security deposit (fully-refundable at check-out) is required for each room. For more information and our cancellation policies, VISIT OUR POLICIES PAGE.
